Cremation Assistance

If a loved one has passed and you need help paying for their cremation or burial, please complete the Cremation Assistance application. This application can also be submitted by a non-family member as well as a funeral director.

The application must be filed before the cremation or burial services take place. Please use the deceased’s personal and financial information when completing the application.

Once your application is received, the information will be verified and presented to the Bingham County Board of Commissioners for their decision. Decision on cremation applications typically occur 48-72 hours after application has been received.
